part 4

narrative
The narrative of our title sequences is that the investigator is read the files of a criminal, the investigator then leave his office to start the investigation of the criminal. The scene then shows the criminal counting large sum of money and dealing drugs. This can show the type of genre in the title sequence, as the audiences are able to relate the scene of drugs and the large sum of money to crime.

genre
The title sequences genre is represented by the used of drugs in our title sequences, this could represent the crime genre in our title sequences; there is also a scene in the title sequences that the investigator reading criminals files.
However our title sequences show no elements of a thriller in the title sequences, as the title sequences only show the investigator picking up files and the criminal counting large sum of money and dealing drugs. None of this scene shows an element of thriller in the title sequences.

camera
The camera angels that we use in our title sequences show an over the should shot for the investigator, this is to hide the investigator identity. We also used wide shot in scene, we use this shot so that we are able to show the location of where the scene is happening. But over all we use close shot and mid shot in our title sequences, this is to show limit information about location. The camera movement that we use in our title sequences is to follow the actor or show the key features in our title sequences, as we use camera movement to show the file of the criminals and the scene of the investigator leaving the room while picking up the camera.

editing
The editing that we use in our title sequences is that to add the effect of the camera shot in our title sequences. This is to create the effect of the investigator taking photography of the criminal dealing drugs. We also use jump cut in our title sequences, we use jump cut make the title sequences match the music that we use in our title sequences. Another reason for this is to make the title sequence a faster paces opening then a slow paces, this can show a sense of a thriller element in our title sequences.

lighting and colour
The lighting and colour that we used in our title sequences are as natural lighting and we change the colour of the freeze frame to black and white, this is to the show that the investigator have taken a picture of the drug dealer. We didn’t change the lighting of any scene as this can create the dark element or horror element in our title sequences.
The typography that we use we is a bold black font in our title sequences. We use this font as it stand out and the font is easier to read for the audience. We have the different size of font in our title sequences. As we show the name of the actors in a much bigger font then their role in the title sequences. The reason for this is to draw the attentions of the audiences in to only reading the name of the actors only.
