Pulp fiction opening starts with a bold font in the middle of the screen with a black background. this is different to Saul bass opening, as in his opening show vertical and horizontal movement throughout the title sequences. however in pulp fiction opening they show a horizontal movement of the title of the film moving upward to the center of the screen. this is similar to Saul bass style of creating title sequences more interesting.
